The Hungarians are an ethnic group that primarily inhabit Hungary and speak the Hungarian language (circa 15 million).

Most Hungarians today live within the borders of independent Hungary (circa 10 million). There are Hungarian minorities in nearby Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, and Ukraine, and sizeable populations of immigrants and their descendants in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and other countries.
