Revelation (1921) is a novel by Dulcie Deamer.
Abstract
Tells of a Jewish boy, David, who falls in love with a dancing girl. She runs away with him, dies and is resurrected by Jesus. David becomes a follower of Jesus and is stoned for heresy after the crucifixion. First of two novels set in Jerusalem at the time of Jesus, by eccentric Australian novelist, poet, journalist and actress. Followed by The Street of the Gazelle (1922 Deamer), novel.
