Biography
Children of Ignaz Langnas and Dora Weinstein: Josef (Vienna, June 23, 1931) and Bettina (Vienna, Aug 6, 1936). They fled to Italy in 1938. Stayed 3 years in Milano. They were imprisoned briefly at Ferramonti on 31.07.1941. They were sent to Piove di Sacco (Padova) on 11.09.1941. After Sept 1943, they stayed in Florence for three months, then went to Rome, where they were liberated. In July 1944 the family sailed from Naples to Fort Ontario, United States.
