Biography

Regina Adanja was born July 29, 1933 in Belgrad, Serbia. Meri, Regina & Alice were the daughters of Sima Adanja and Elda Saltiel. The family was imprisoned in Albania at KZ Kavaja. In October 1941 they were interned at Ferramonti and then in March 1943 at KZ Sondrio. They went into hiding after Sept 8, 1943. They resurfaced in Rome after the war.
