Biography
Misha Alkalay was born June 15, 1941 in Belgrade, Serbia, to Isak Alkalay and Berta Mandrich. He arrived at Spalato, Dalmatia with his mother. They were interned in Treviso (Crespano del Grappa) in 1941. After Sept 1943 they survived in hiding until Liberation. In August 1944 they were in DP Bari.
