Elena Gross (F / Slovakia / Italy, 1942), Holocaust survivor

Biography

Elena Gross was born October 24, 1943 in Ferramonti (near Cosenza), Italy, to Slovak refugees Erwin Gross and Margit Neumann. Father and mother were among the passengers of the Pentcho Ship, arrived at Ferramonti from Rhodes on February 12, 1942. The family was liberated in Ferramonti in Sept 1943.
