Biography
Bencion Amoday was born August 20, 1933 in Skoplije, Macedonia, Yugoslavia. Aronne, Haim and Bencion were the children of Josip Amoday and Sarina Aroesti. The family was imprisoned in Albania at KZ Kavaja. In October 1941 they were interned at Ferramonti and then in July 1942 at KZ L'Aquila (Pizzoli). They went into hiding after Sept 8, 1943. They resurfaced in Rome after liberation in August 1944.
