Pyhä Raamattu <Finnish> / The Holy Bible (1933-38) is the revised edition of Biblia (1642 Petraeus, Stodius, Hoffman, Matthaei), book, by Aimo T. Nikolainen and Aarne Toivanen.

Abstract

Fourth major revision of the Finnish Bible (Old and New Testament).

The so-called Uusi kirkkoraamattu (New Church Bible) is the first Finnish ecumenical edition. The translation committee include representatives not only of the Finnish Lutheran Church, but also of the Finnish Orthodox Church and the Finnish Catholic Church.
