Biblia (1642) is a book by Eskil Petraeus, Martin Stodius, Henricus Hoffman, and Gregorius Matthaei.

Abstract

The first Finnish edition of the Bible (Old and New Testaments) was translated from the original languages by a team of Finnish scholars and published under the patronage of Queen Christina of Sweden. Only the New Testament had been translated before into Finnish by Agricola in 1548; see Se Wsi Testamenti (1548 Agricola), book.

This version of the Bible, periodically revised, still remains the standard Finnish Bible.
