Beric the Briton (1892) is a juvenile novel by George Alfred Henty.

Abstract

"A story of the Roman invasion” of Britain, 59-63 CE. The youthful British hero is eventually taken prisoner to the Rome of Nero, where he witnesses the Great Fire and the persecution of the Christians. Another popular work by the author of For the Temple (1888 Henty), novel.
