The Josephus Colloquium is the name of a series of international conferences devoted to the study of the figure and works of Flavius Josephus.

History

The first "Josephus Colloquium" gathered in San Miniato [Italy] in memory of Morton Smith at the invitation of Fausto Parente and Joseph Sievers. From 1997 to 2003, the "Internationales Josephus- met annually under the chairship of Additional Josephus Colloquia were held
