Theresienstadt Deportee Survivors

Overview

The USHMM Database records a list of 218 children (born in 1927 or later), who survived deportation: 24 (1927), 57 (1928), 67 (1929), 39 (1930), 14 (1931), 7 (1932), 4 (1933), 1 (1934), 1 (1935), 3 (1936), 1 (1940). Most of them were adolescents. Younger children survived as they were among those selected by Mengele for medical experiments.
