Un bambino di nome Gesù <Italian> / A Child Called Jesus (1987) is a TV mini-series (sound, color, 190m), directed by Franco Rossi.

Abstract

Attempts to fill in some of the "early years" of Jesus, from ages 3 through 12.

After Jesús, María y José (Jesus, Mary and Joseph / 1972 Zacarías), feature film, this is one of the few movies to elaborate on the Childhood of Jesus--a new genre that would be soon followed by other movies, notably, La sacra famiglia (2006 Mertes), film, and Io sono con te (Let It Be / 2010 Chiesa), feature film.
