Judith; or, The Regeneration of Manasseh (1888) is an oratorio by C. Hubert H. Parry (mus. and libr.).

Abstract

"An oratorio, for soli (SATB), chorus (SSAATTBB), and orchestra. English words from the Apocrypha."

The oratorio connects the story of Judith with that of the idolatrous but finally repentant King Manasseh.

Premiered at the Birmingham Musical Festival (Aug 28, 1888). Published in London [England]: Novello, Ewer and Co., 1888.
