Antiqua Mater: A Study of Christian Origins (1887) is a book by Edwin Johnson.

Abstract

In Johnson's view, there is no evidence of the existence of Jesus or the apostle. Adhering to the Jesus Myth Theory, the author claimed that the Christian myth was the fabrication of a Jewish Diaspora proto-gnostic movement.
