Das Buch der Jubiläen; oder, Die kleine Genesis (1874) is a book by Hermann Rönsch, with the contribution of August Dillmann.
Abstract
This edition presented the Latin text of the Book of Jubilees, first published by Antonio Maria Ceriani in 1861, as well as the Latin translation by August Dillmann of the critical edition of the Ethiopic text he had published in 1859.
The introduction, notes and commentary are the work of Hermann Rönsch. He argued that the Book of Jubilees was written around 50-60 CE by a Pharisaic author in order to unite all jewish people against the rise of Christianity.
