He studied at the Colleges and Universities of Sárospatak [Hungary] and Utrecht; from 1657, professor an the Reformed Theological Academy of Debrecen [Hungary]. Wrote numerous theological works, and revised the translation of the Bible made by [[Gáspár Károli]].
