Biography

Sabina Feuer Katz (1928-2014), Friedel Feuer Reznick (1930-2010), Semi Feuer (30 Apr 1936-2019) were born in Bad Kreuznach, Germany. In September 1939 the children were sent as refugees to France. From Chateau de Chabannes, they were among the unaccompanied children aboard the SS Serpa Pinto (September 1941), reaching the United States.

Friedel Feuer, wife of Max Reznick, died in Washington DC in 2009.

Sabina Feuer, wife of Cantor Sholom Katz, died in Washington DC in 2014.

Semi Feuer (1936-2019) lived in the D.C. metropolitan area until his death. He served as an attorney for the Corporation Counsel, and practiced law until the age of 80.
