Biography

Born 1933 in Skalat.

"Anzelm - 12 years old, residing in Skałata. During the deportation of the Jews, he was injured while escaping. Sent to Tarnopol, and from there to Bełżec. He runs away with his brother, they part ways on the way. He works on a farm until 1944. Liberated by the Red Army in the spring of 1945, he returned to Skałat, met his uncle, and together they came to Gliwice. Dedicated to the Jewish Orphanage in Gliwice."
