Talmud Jmmanuel (1978) is an arch-fi book by Eduard Albert Meier.
Abstract
The so-called Talmud Jmmanuel is a purported ancient text in Aramaic that the Swiss UFO contactee Eduard Meier, along with a “Greek Catholic priest” named Isa Rashid, pretendedly discovered south of the Old City of Jerusalem in 1963. Eventually “the Church” and the Israeli Secret Service confiscated and burned the manuscript, but not before Rashid could translate it into German and send it to Meier who edited and published it. The text is described as the source text of the Gospel of Matthew, written by Judas Iscariot, the only true disciple of Jesus. The text claims that Jesus was the son of a human woman and a space alien, traveled to India in his youth, preached reincarnation, survived the crucifixion, and eventually went back to India. Its “authenticity” was reiterated by James Deardorff in the 1990s.
