Wholly Moses! (1980) is a feature film (sound, color, 103m), directed by Gary Weis. Music by Patrick Williams.

Abstract

A spoof of the Ten Commandments ... Harvey and Zoey, two tourists traveling through Israel, discover an ancient scroll describing the life of Herschel, the man who was almost Moses. It was Herschel who received the command from God to free his people from Egyptian slavery, but he didn't have the right connections. Moses kept blundering by and taking all the credit.
