Biography

Marco Adamo (30 Mar 1925) and Paola Adamo (25 Jan 1927) were born in Belgrad, Serbia, to Dalido Adamo (Adam). Father and children fled to Spalato (then under Italian occupation). From there they were transferred as civilian internees to Asti. On 25 Jan 1944, they managed to escape to Switzerland.
