Lives of Mary of Nazareth and John the Baptist at Tornabuoni Chapel (1490) is a cycle of frescoes by Domenico Ghirlandaio, to decorate the Tornabuoni Chapel, the main chapel in the church of Santa Maria Novella, Florence [Italy].

The chapel was decorated with nine episodes from the life of Mary of Nazareth [in green on the map], and eight episodes from the Life of John the Baptist [in red]. The cycle is completed with 4 scenes of Dominican saints and the donors [in violet] and the portrait of the Four evangelists on the vault [in yellow].

The frescoes were made to decorate the right wall of the Tornabuoni Chapel, the main chapel in the church of Santa Maria Novella, Florence [Italy]. The left wall was decorated with Stories from the Life of Mary (1490 Ghirlandaio), art. The entire cycle of frescoes is well-preserved in its original location.
