Lives of Mary of Nazareth and John the Baptist at Tornabuoni Chapel (1490) is a cycle of frescoes by Domenico Ghirlandaio, to decorate the Tornabuoni Chapel, the main chapel in the church of Santa Maria Novella, Florence [Italy]. The left wall was decorated with nine episodes from the life of Mary of Nazareth, while in the right wall there are eight episodes from the Life of John the Baptist.

The frescoes were made to decorate the right wall of the Tornabuoni Chapel, the main chapel in the church of Santa Maria Novella, Florence [Italy]. The left wall was decorated with Stories from the Life of Mary (1490 Ghirlandaio), art. The entire cycle of frescoes is well-preserved in its original location.
