The Burning of Rome: A Study of Nero's Days (1892) is a children's novel by Alfred John Church.

Abstract

A British princess, Claudia, and Pudens whom she marries, are identified with persons mentioned by Martial, and connected with the Claudia and Pudens referred to in 2 Timothy 4:21. The context is that of the persecutions of Christians under Nero, 64-70 CE.
