Simche Lieberman (M / Poland, 1929-2009), Holocaust survivor

Biography

Simche Lieberman were born in 1929 in Warsaw, Poland. He and his family were forced to live in the Warsaw Ghetto. He was later sent to Majdaned and other camps, including Dachau. He ended up in Theresienstadt, where he was liberated in May 1945. In August 1945 he joined the Windermere Children in their way to England. He became a rabbi and scholar. In 1992 he emigrated to Israel. Died in 2009.
