Biography
NOTES : Salek Finkelstein was born in Motikkarczyn, Poland in 1931. He ended up in Buchenwald. The political organization at Buchenwald was able to protect him and many other children at the camp, until liberation.
Salek was one the youngest child Holocaust survivors at Buchenwald:

The boys are dressed in outfits made from German uniforms due to a clothing shortage.
Salek was brought to France in an OSE orphanage, together with other 476 children of Buchenwald. Ralph Lewin was his tutor.
