Pietro Schwarz (M / Slovakia / Italy, 1944), Holocaust DP

Biography

Pietro Schwarz was born July 7, 1944 in Ferramonti (near Cosenza), Italy, to Slovak refugees Karl Schwarz and Elvira Huppert, ten month after the liberation of the camp. Father and mother were among the passengers of the Pentcho Ship, arrived at Ferramonti from Rhodes on March 27, 1942. In March 1945 the family was in Bari, Italy.
