Biography
Jonas (Jan 2, 1925), Orginie (Nov 22, 1928), and Mia (Mar 1, 1930) were born in Frankfurt, Germany to Davide Alster and Malka Holoschuze. The entire family of five arrived in Milan, Italy as refugees in 1937. They were at Avigliano, Potenza on Jan 8, 1941, at San Damiano (AT) on Dec 31, 1941, and at Ferramonti from May 11, 1943 to Liberation (Sept 10, 1943). They all survived together. They were in a DP camp at Bari, Italy on Aug 16, 1944.
