Biography

Majer Bomstyk was born in 1928 in Staszow, Poland, to Benjamin and Yenta. He was in the Staszow Ghetto.

He was deported to KZ Kielce, Buchenwald, and Remsdorf.

Eventually, he ended up in Theresienstadt, where he was liberated in May 1945.

He arrived in England with the Windermere Children in August 1945. Although he had a sister who also survived and went to the United Staes, he decided to remain in England.
