Jesucristo Superstar / Jesus Christ Superstar (1984) is the second Spanish production of Jesus Christ Superstar (1970 Webber / Rice), opera, directed by Jaime Azpilicueta, with Teddy Bautista (musical director) and Goyo Montero (choreographer). Spanish edition of the libretto by Nacho Artime and Jaime Azpilicueta.
Abstract
The second Spanish production of Jesus Christ Superstar was also staged by Jaime Azpilicueta. Once finished the season in Madrid, the show embarked in a tour in South America that included countries like Venezuela, Panama and Ecuador.
A selection of twelve songs was recorded and released by CBS.
