Giacomo James Sammarco (b.1940) is a former American boy soprano, of Italian descent.

Sammarco served as understudy of Chet Allen for the role of Amahl in the 1951 television premiere. He performed the role numerous times in stage productions with Schippers and Menotti during the first few seasons following the premiere. In his adulthood he worked as an orthopedic surgeon in Cincinnati.
