El discípulo: Jesús, la historia no revelada <Spanish> / The Disciple: Jesus' Uncovered Story (2010) is a feature film (sound, color, 101m), written and directed by Emilio Ruiz Barrachina. Music by Daniel Casares and Felix Grande.

Abstract

"After the death of his father and the murder of John the Baptist, Jesus takes the leadership of a group of Zealots to announce the coming of the Kingdom of Heaven, which would result in the expulsion of the Romans. The film tells the story of a human Jesus who devoid of any deity and surprised by an impossible love, dies on the cross charged with sedition."
