De antiquitate Judaica. De bello Judaico (1470) is a book by Johannes Schüssler.

Abstract

The editio princeps of the Latin text of Josephus' Antiquitates Iudaicae and Bellum Iudaicum was the first edition of any of Josephus' Works. Published only 14 years after Gutenberg's Bible, consists of the fourth-century Latin translation of the Bellum Iudaicum ascribed to Rufinus, and the sixth-century translation of the Antiquitates Iudaicae made at the behest of Cassiodorus.

In conformity to the still-living manuscript tradition, the printed book has hand-illuminated initials and decorations.

Editions

Published in Augsburg, Germany: Johann Schüssler, 1470.
