Biography
Elena (12 Sep 1943), Carlo (4 Jun 1945) and Paola (1949) are the children of Alberto Mortara and Alice Feldstein. Elena fled to Switzerland with her parents in May 1944. Carlo was born in Switzerland shortly after the end of the war. Paola was born in Milan after the family returned to Italy.
