Biography
Alexander Rosenbaum (Nitra, Slovakia, Feb 17, 1938) and Miriam Rosenbaum (Oslany, Slovakia, May 2, 1939) were the children of Desider and Alzbeta Rosenbaum. With their mother they were among the passengers of the Pentcho Ship. They arrived at KZ Rhodes on October 18-19, 1940. After spending one year as refugees at Rhodes, they were then sent to Ferramonti on February 12, 1942, where they remained until liberation (Sept 1943). In July 1944 Alexander, Miriam and their mother emigrated to Palestine.
