Joshua ben Hananiah was, according to Rabbinic tradition, a sage living at the time of the Jewish War.

Overview

According to Rabbinic tradition, Joshua ben Hananiah was one of the disciples of Yochanan ben Zakai and a leader of the Tannaim after the destruction of Jerusalem.
