Primož Trubar / Primus Truber (1508-1586) was a Slovenian scholar.

Biography

Primož Trubar was a Slovenian Protestant reformer and the father of Slovenian language. His was the first Slovenian-language book ever printed and the first translation of the whole New Testament into Slovenian.
