The Road to Masada (1994) is a novel by Roger Elwood.

Abstract

Pontius Pilate, his wife, and Roman legionaries attend Jesus' crucifixion and become involved with the conquering of Masada. Spanning a period of 40 years, the novel focuses on the violence and oppression of Roman rule in Palestine.
