Gospel of Mark

Mark 10:47-48 -- [47] And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” [48] And many rebuked him, telling him to be silent. But he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”

Mark 11:10 -- Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David! Hosanna in the highest!”

Mark 12:35-37 -- And as Jesus taught in the temple, he said, “How can the scribes say that the Christ is the son of David? [36] David himself, in the Holy Spirit, declared, “ ‘ The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at my right hand, until I put your enemies under your feet.’ [37] David himself calls him Lord. Gospel of Matthew
