The Agony in the Garden (aka Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane) refers to an episode in the life of Jesus of Nazareth, narrated in the four Gospels.

Overview

According to the Gospel narratives, after the Last Supper Jesus went to pray. Mark and Matthew identify the place as the Garden of Gethsemane.
