Herman N. Ridderbos (1907-2007) was a Dutch scholar.

Biography

Born in Oosterend [Netherlands], Ridderbos became a minister of the Reformed Church in 1934. He earned his PhD (1936) from the Free University of Amsterdam, where he studied with Frederik Willem Grosheide. From 1943 until his retirement in 1975, Ridderbos was New Testament Professor at Kampen Theological Seminar.
