Jozi Altarac (M / Bosnia, 1941), Holocaust survivor

Biography

Albi (1937) and Joxi (1941) Altarac were born in Sarajevo, Bosnia to David and Klara Altarac. They were interned at Arbe. After Sept 1943 they were among those refugees who arrived in liberated Italy. They were at DP Lecce (S. Maria del Bagno) in November 1944.
