Ignazio Donati (M / Italy, 1570c-1638), composer.

Born in Casalmaggiore (near Cremona, Italy), Donati served successively at Urbino, Pesaro, Fano, Ferrara, Casalmaggiore, Novara, and Lodi, eventually acquiring the prestigious post at Milan Cathedral in 1629, which he kept until his death. He authored sacred dialogues on subjects from the New Testament.
