Stephen Stafford Mann (1914-2002) was an American novelist.

Biography

Born August 5, 1914 in Baltimore, MD. A graduate (1938) from the U.S. Naval Academy, volunteered for submarine duty and served in active combat in the Pacific during World War II, receiving numerous decorations. After his retirement in 1968, worked as an investment broker. A member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, served in its vestry. Died on May 30, 2002.
