Haim Herman Cohn (1911-2002) was an Israeli jurist and politician, member of the Supreme Court of Israel from 1960 to 1981. In 1968 he published a book on Jesus in which he argued that it was the Romans, not the Sanhedrin, who tried and executed Jesus.
