William Mitchell Ramsay (1851-1939) was a Scottish NT scholar and archaeologist. Professor of Classical Archaeology at Oxford University and Regius Professor of Humanity at the University of Aberdeen, Ramsay was a pioneer in the study of Asia Minor sites related to Paul.
