Enrique Irazoqui (1944) is an Italian-Spanish actor. In 1964 he played Jesus in the movie Il vangelo secondo Matteo. He was a Spanish economics student, the son of a Spanish father and Italian mother, with no acting experience, when at a political rally he met film director Pier Paolo Pasolini who was seeking a non-professional actor as protagonist of his film on Jesus.
