Zerah, the Believing Jew (1837) is a novel by Sarah Pogson Smith.

Abstract

The book is well representative of the Christian anti-Judaism of the time. Zerah is a Jewish convert to Christianity and the husband of Petronilla (the daughter of the apostle Peter) and faces persecution from his fellow Jews.
