August Rohling (1839-1931) was a German scholar. German Catholic theologian. Professor at Münster, Milwaukee, and Prague, until his retirement in 1901. Distinguished himself by polemics against Protestants and Jews, contributing no little to the rise of anti-Semitism in Europe.
